• At the next roundabout you will need to bear left
still staying on the A33
• At the next roundabout you will need to take the
fourth exit off into Oakridge Road
• Take the first turning on the left into Vivian Road
• Continue past the Oakridge Centre to the T junction
• Turn left into Queen Mary Avenue
• At the end turn right into Norn Hill
• Take the next turn on the left into Coronation Road
• Continue to the end Unit 7 is the last building on

• Go straight over Black Dam roundabout
• Take first exit off dual carriageway signposted Town
Centre
